Our platform provides access to travel services and resources, with additional tools to support your journey.

Our subscription is centered around access to the PASSTRIP platform, which provides travel services at competitive prices below the market average, and gives you unlimited Automated Check-In free of charge after a first check-in at 0.5 €.

Core subscription content:

• Unlimited Automated Check-In: Automated Check-In for all your flights, free of charge and without limit after a first check-in at 0.5 €, for as long as your subscription is active. Automated Check-In is available to subscribers only.
• Platform Access: Access to the PASSTRIP platform, offering competitive prices below the market average, and its integrated booking tools.
• Competitive Member Rates: Prices below the market average, available only to PASSTRIP+ members.
• Member Benefits: Ongoing access to exclusive tools and content available only to active subscribers.
• Access to all flights and activities information in one place.
• General admin support for your travel arrangements, providing assistance and guidance throughout your journey.
• Personalized travel services not limited to the list described on our website, ensuring comprehensive support for your travel needs.

Travel services accessible through the platform (not included in the subscription):

Being a PASSTRIP+ member gives you access to book the following travel services through the platform, each at competitive member rates. These services are not part of the subscription and are always charged separately, in addition to the subscription fee:

• Airport Fast Track booking service, to help expedite your airport experience.
• Meet and Greet service for a personalized welcome at the airport.
• Business Lounge booking service for a comfortable and relaxing airport experience without a premium card.
• Activities Booking services to reserve and organize travel activities seamlessly, which may occasionally include opportunities at the lowest prices arising from lower-demand availability.

Primary Nature of the Service: The PASSTRIP platform and its member rates are the primary focus and value of the Service. The travel services listed above are booked and charged separately, service by service, and are not included in the monthly subscription fee.

Indivisibility of the Service: The subscription itself is sold as an indivisible package. Platform access, competitive member rates, and member benefits cannot be purchased, accessed, or priced separately from one another. Individual travel services (Fast Track, Meet and Greet, Business Lounge, Activities, and others) remain separate purchases, priced and charged independently of the subscription.

Clients who purchase an eligible personalized travel service receive a 24-hour PASSTRIP+ trial. During this trial you can access PASSTRIP+ and its applicable member benefits. After these initial 24 hours, unless you cancel within that timeframe, a PASSTRIP+ subscription is automatically initiated on a monthly basis for a monthly fee of 39.9 €. When the purchase is an Automated Check-In, a one-off fee of 0.5 € is charged for that first check-in; all following Automated Check-Ins are included in the subscription free of charge. Unless canceled, this subscription is automatically renewed on a month-to-month basis, and the designated card is automatically charged. The price of the travel service purchased to start the trial is always separate from, and unaffected by, the PASSTRIP+ subscription.

Our service is non-binding and can be canceled at any time. Customers can initiate the cancellation process through their user account on our website. Without an active subscription, access to the platform and its discounted member pricing is restricted.
